Directions

Made with three potent herbs, this easy-to-make tonic tincture can naturally enhance cognition function. Rosemary is an aromatic herb with significant brain-boosting abilities, while ginkgo is believed to improve cognition. Peppermint, on the other hand, may boost brain functions, such memory and concentration.

  1. Finely chop the rosemary, gingko, and peppermint leaves, then placed them into a glass jar.(5 minutes)
  2. Pour vodka over the herbs so they are covered by 2 – 3 inches.(2 minutes)
  3. Place the jar in a warm, sunny spot for 4-6 weeks, giving it a gentle shake every day.
  4. After 4-6 weeks, strain the herbs and reserve the liquid. Transfer the tincture to a glass container for storage.(3 minutes)

Take 3 to 5 drops three times a day of this homemade tincture to enhance memory. It can be kept for several years if stored in a cool, dark place. For optimal results, consult your doctor to ensure this tincture is right for you.
