Rosemary Tonic Tincture for Brain Function

Rosemary is an herb with significant brain-boosting abilities. This tonic tincture can have an enhancing effect on concentration and memory in as little as four weeks.

  1. Finely chop the rosemary, gingko, and peppermint leaves, then pour them into a glass jar.(5 minutes)
  2. Pour vodka over the herbs so they are covered by 2 – 3 inches of liquid. If the herbs float to the top, leave them for a day or two to settle.(2 minutes)
  3. Leave the jar of herbs to soak in a warm, sunny spot for between 4 – 6 weeks, shaking daily.
  4. Strain the herbs and discard. Pour the resultant liquid into smaller bottles for storage, preferably with an attached eyedropper for easy administration.(3 minutes)

It's best to avoid this tincture within two weeks of surgery, or if you have problems with heavy bleeding. Take 3 – 5 drops three times a day to enhance memory. This tincture can be kept for several years if stored in a cool, dark environment.
