  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (or more)
  • 1/4 cup of HerbaZest Quinoa Flakes (for the topping)
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts (chopped; for the topping)
  • 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate (crushed; for the topping)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (for the topping)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (for the topping)

  1. In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, frozen sweet potato, and ice. Blend until smooth.(5 minutes)
