  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

Directions

These Parmesan-crusted Brussels sprouts are golden, crispy, and burstingwith flavor. The combination of Parmesan, olive oil, and a hint of garlic and onion makes them irresistibly savory, while the lemon adds a fresh, bright finish. They're simple to put together, look impressive straight out of the oven, and make the perfect fall side or a crowd-pleasing addition to any meal.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.(3 minutes)
  3. Spread the mixture thinly on the center of a baking sheet.(3 minutes)
  4. Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on the Parmesan layer, spacing them slightly apart.(3 minutes)
