Ingredients

  • Cardamom
    Cardamom
  • Mango
    Mango
  • ice cubes

  • Greek yogurt
    Greek yogurt
  • Coconut

  • 1/4 teaspoon of Cardamom
  • 1 cup of Mango (about half a fruit)
  • 7 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut (water)

Directions

This refreshing cardamom smoothie combines coconut, cardamom, and mango to capture a flavor of India. Mango is low-calorie fruit, and cardamom is used in herbal medicine to help regulate digestion and alleviate sore throat. Each serving of this smoothie contains about 10 grams of protein. This blend is great for a quick breakfast or snack.

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.(2 minutes)
