  • Tomato
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (halved)
  • 4 Bread (slices, Italian or French, "day old")
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Seasalt (to taste)
  • 1 Tomato (halved, overripe)

  1. Toast slices of bread.(2 minutes)
  2. Take garlic halves and rub them on both sides of the toast thoroughly.(4 minutes)
  3. Rub tomato halves onto the bread until it is saturated in the juices. Discard tomatoes or save for another use.(4 minutes)
  4. Take the prepared bread and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Add seasalt to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
