Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes & Herbs

  • 3 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces of feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary (dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano (dried)


This recipe will tickle your nostrils from the moment it hits the oven. During baking, feta becomes divinely soft, while the tomatoes burst and release their juices, combining with olive oil, oregano, and rosemary and creating a match made in Mediterranean heaven.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add the tomatoes, olive oil, and spices to an oven-proof baking dish. Give it a gentle mix so that everything is coated.(2 minutes)
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish and gently flip it around to coat it with the spices and olive oil.(2 minutes)
  4. Bake for half an hour, or until the tomatoes have burst. Enjoy!(30 minutes)
