- Start by cooking pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. Sauté the garlic in one tablespoon of olive oil for until fragrant and lightly browned. Then mix in the cornflour and stir everything to combine. Add in the milk, stir so that there are no lumps, and cook the mixture until it thickens.(5 minutes)
