- 2 cups of Water
- 2 tablespoons of Jasmine green tea (loose)

This recipe adds jasmine to the traditional honey and lemon tea for sore throat relief. Both green tea and jasmine have natural anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties that can soothe aching throats. On top of that, jasmine's floral aroma is not only pleasant, but also promotes relaxation.
Drink one cup, as often as required, to ease throat pain.
