- To a large bowl, add the mashed banana, oat flour, kaniwa flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Give it a mix.(3 minutes)
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.(3 minutes)
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Give it a good mix.(2 minutes)
- Pour the mixture to a lightly greased, parchment paper lined baking tray. Sprinkle with slivered or sliced almonds. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.(20 minutes)
