  • 1/2 cup of sweet potato (baked or canned)
  • 1 teaspoon of HerbaZest Carob Powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Ginger (1/2-inch piece of fresh or 1/4 TSP of dried ginger)
  • 2 medjool dates (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of ice cubes


This creamy and satisfying smoothie tastes just like a dessert, but it is actually packed with nutrients. The star ingredient is sweet potato, which provides beta-carotene, vitamin C, and fiber.
