Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of HerbaZest Dried Goldenberries
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia (seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Cacao Powder

Directions

  1. Place the dates and dried goldenberries in a bowl. Pour hot water over them and set aside until softened.(10 minutes)
  2. Place the walnuts in a blender or a food processor and process them until finely chopped.
  3. Scoop about tablespooon's worth of dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the rest of dough.(10 minutes)
  4. Chill in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
