Directions

One of the most popular culinary herbs, oregano also has potent medicinal properties. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial actions, it has been shown to relieve flatulence, indigestion, and stomach aches, all of which help regulate digestive functions and promote long-lasting gastrointestinal health.

  1. Place the herbs in a cup and pour boiling water over them.(2 minutes)
  2. Cover and set aside to steep for 10 minutes.(10 minutes)
  3. Strain and enjoy warm. You may sweeten the infusion with honey, if you wish.(1 minute)
