  • 6 teaspoons of valerian (dried, powdered)
  • 2 teaspoons of kava kava (dried, powdered)
  • 2 teaspoons of hops (dried, powdered)
  • 50 empty gel capsules (or vegan)

  1. Place the hops, kava kava, and valerian leaves in a large bowl. Give them a good mix.(2 minutes)
  2. Stuff the capsules with the herbs. Store them in an airtight container.(10 minutes)
