Directions

Basil is a muscle relaxant that is known to relax stress-induced headaches. This aromatic, sweet, and earthy herb will give you the antioxidants you need to be well. Special additions to this infusion include lemon balm, which soothes irritability and calms adrenaline, and chamomile, which is all-around soothing.

  1. Combine the fresh herbs and mix well. If using dry herbs, simply halve the measurements.(5 minutes)
  2. Add boiling water to the herbs.
  3. Let infuse.(15 minutes)
  4. Strain.

You can drink this basil infusion warm or at room temperature for best results. Consume it in ¼-cup servings up to three cups per day to relieve headaches. Consult a doctor for a more personalized dosage.
