Ingredients

  • 1 cup of elderberry
  • 5 ice cubes (Or to taste)
  • 1 cup of blueberry (pls extra for garnishing)

Directions

This quick and colorful berry smoothie is packed with goodness to rejuvenate the taste buds. Adjust the quantities according to preference; freeze the berries and omit the ice for a thicker, more flavorsome shake.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.(30 seconds)
  2. Serve in a tall glass, garnished with raw elderberries.(30 seconds)

This shake can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy later, chilled.
