High in dietary fiber and healthy fats, avocados are a wonderful addition to a variety of meals, particularly healthy salads. Papaya and grapefruit, on the other hand, may seem like an unusual addition to salads for many people. But once you give them a try, you will enjoy the flavor and nutrients they add.

  1. Dice the avocado, papaya, and grapefruit to bite-size chunks. Place them in a bowl.(4 minutes)
  2. To make the vinaigrette, add the olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to a jar. Put the lid on and give it a shake until well-combined. Add more sugar or salt according to preference.(2 minutes)
  3. Add chopped walnuts, shredded lettuce, and sliced onions to the bowl and mix them in.(1 minute)
  4. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad right before serving. Enjoy!
