  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Low Fat Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 cup of Walnut (toasted, chopped)
  • 4 cups of Lettuce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne (red flakes)
  • 1/2 cup of Grapes (green, slip-skin variety)
