Ginger is well-known for its therapeutic and soothing effect on the digestive system. This infusion is considered an effective natural  way to relieve nausea, motion sickness, and indigestion from overindulgence.

  1. Add one cup of hot water on top of the peeled ginger root and the cinnamon bark, and let sit.(5 minutes)
  2. Add the ground cloves and mix thoroughly.

This infusion should be sipped while hot. Up to five cups can be consumed per day while symptoms persist. Alternatively, people who suffer from motion sickness can drink two cups an hour before a long car trip or boat trip, in order to prevent the onset of nausea.
