Eating more than the usual amount of food in one sitting can lead to bloating and sluggishness. This syrup combines carminative cinnamon with diuretic celery to relieve the bloating, reduce gas, and stimulate stomach acid, thus lessening gastrointestinal discomforts that often appear after a big meal. It will speed up your digestion and will help you beat the bloat in no time!

  1. Pour the water into a saucepan, add the celery stalks and cinnamon bark; boil for 25 minutes.(25 minutes)
  2. Remove the herbs from the liquid and compost. To the resulting liquid, add the sugar and boil until it reduces by half.(10 minutes)
  3. Leave to cool before bottling to store.(10 minutes)

Take a tablespoon of this celery cinnamon anti-bloating syrup after a big meal. Store it in the refrigerator.
