  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Blueberry Jam (or any other jam)
  • 1/2 Mango (cubed; for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons of Pistachio (crushed; for garnish)
