Quinoa Flake Apple Porridge

  • 1/2 cup of HerbaZest Quinoa Flakes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of soymilk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 flax (ground)
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar


This quick and easy quinoa flake apple porridge with cinnamon will give you everything you need to start your day on the right foot. Thanks to  quinoa's protein content, such wholesome breakfast can help you maintain a healthy weight, increase energy, and keep you full for longer.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.(2 minutes)
  2. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.(4 minutes)
  3. Pour into serving bowls and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
