  • 6 cloves of Garlic (unpeeled, large)
  • 4 Avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons of Lime (fresh juice)
  • 2 tablespoons of Cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 Tomato (chopped, deseeded)


This refreshing and tasty dip is ideal for house parties, BBQs, and family dinners. It boasts a significant content of A, B-complex, C, and E vitamins, as well as essential omega-3 fatty acids and many phytonutrients that will lower cholesterol and boost immunity. Serve with baked tortilla chips and refreshing drinks to please a crowd.

  1. Place garlic cloves in a skillet over low heat and cook them until soft and blackened, turning occasionally(10 minutes)
  2. Turn off the fire, let garlic cool off, slip off the skins, and chop it finely.(5 minutes)
  3. Place avocado flesh in a large bowl and pureƩ it gently with a sturdy fork until creamy but not liquified.(4 minutes)
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and lime juice to the avocado pureƩ and mix them thoroughly.(1 minute)
