  • Garlic
  • Avocado
  • Black Pepper
    Black Pepper
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Tomato
  • Cilantro
  • 6 cloves of Garlic (unpeeled)
  • 4 Avocado (ripe)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Lime (fresh juice)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tomato (chopped, deseeded)
  • 2 tablespoons of Cilantro (chopped)


This tasty and refreshing dip is ideal for house parties, BBQs, and family dinners. It boasts significant amounts of vitamins A, B-complex, C, and E as well as omega-3 fatty acids and many phytonutrients that will lower cholesterol and boost immunity.

  1. Place unpeeled garlic cloves in a skillet over low heat and cook them until soft and blackened, turning occasionally(10 minutes)
  2. Turn off the fire, let garlic cool off, slip off the skins, and mash them with a fork.(5 minutes)
  3. Place cubed avocado in a large bowl and mash it gently with a fork until creamy but still chunky.(4 minutes)
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and lime juice and mix them thoroughly.(1 minute)
Serve it with herbed pita chips or maca seed crackers to please a crowd.
