  • 2 Banana (sliced)
  • 1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Chia
  • 1 cup of Almond milk (unsweetened)

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt with almond milk.(1 minute)
  2. Add the honey (or maple syrup) and chia seeds. Whisk until well combined.(2 minutes)
  3. Set aside for half an hour and then give it a good mix.(30 minutes)
  4. Cover it and refrigerate overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, mix the pudding with half of the banana slices.(1 minute)
  6. Transfer into cups, tops with the remaining banana slices and kiwi. Enjoy!(2 minutes)
