  • 3 cups of walnuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar (or other granulated sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for coating)


If you love walnuts, you will love these easy and tasty cookies that only require a few simple ingredients. The ground walnuts give them a rich and nutty flavor, while the egg whites and sugar create a crispy crust and a chewy center. They are ideal for dipping in coffee or tea, or just enjoying on their own.

  1. Finely grind the walnuts in a blender or food processor.(5 minutes)
  2. Place the ground nuts in a bowl. Add the sugar , vanilla extract, and lightly beaten egg whites. Give everything a mix until the mixture forms a thick paste.(3 minutes)
  3. Scoop out the dough, and roll it into a roughly 1-inch ball. Coat it in powdered sugar, and place it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the dough.(10 minutes)
  4. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!(15 minutes)
