Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of HerbaZest Camu Camu Powder
  • 2 cups of yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 mango (cubed)
  • 4 strawberry (sliced)
  • 4 grape (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of granola
  • 2 teaspoons of agave syrup (or honey)

Directions

When you are in need of a quick and wholesome treat, this camu camu yogurt with granola and fruits is the way to go. Mixing the slightly bitter camu camu with creamy yogurt and agave makes it easy to enjoy the fruit's remarkable nutrients, especially its high vitamin C content and phenolic compounds, all of which are well-known immunity boosters. Fresh fruits make this naturally probotic-rich yogurt even more delectable, while sneaking in extra vitamins and minerals for optimal well-being.

  1. Take two servings bowls and place half of mango cubes at their bottoms.(2 minutes)
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the camu camu powder and agave syrup. Then distribute it equally between the bowls on top of the mango cubes.(3 minutes)
  3. Top the camu camu yogurt with the rest of mango cubes and strawberry and grape slices. Sprinkle some granola and enjoy!(2 minutes)
