  • 6 tablespoons of Turmeric (root, chopped and peeled)
  • 3 teaspoons of Honey
  • 1 1/2 liters of Water (Cold)

Directions

This aromatic decoction can help people with chronic pain or arthritic conditions lessen joint inflammation and the discomfort it causes, thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric. To boost its effectiveness, it should be drunk throughout the day on a consistent basis

  1. Place the turmeric chunks in a small pot and cover them with cold water. Put the heat on and bring the water to a boil.(10 minutes)
  2. Then lower the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 45 minutes.(45 minutes)
  3. Add the honey two minutes before turning off the stove. Then set the decoction aside and let it cool before straining it. For stronger tea, let it simmer for up to an hour. Enjoy!
