One thing exotic fruits have in common is that they are loaded with powerful antioxidants, which make them the perfect addition to any healthy weight-loss and anti-aging diet. Mango's carotenoids and vitamin C improve the health of soft tissues and promotes proper skin hydration levels. Dragonfruit, or pitahaya, is a great source of fiber, aids peristalsis, and helps to regulate blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Melon's flavonoids have anti-inflammatory and mildly diuretic properties. Kiwi's high content of dietary fiber and vitamin C helps the immune system's defenses, and it also has diuretic qualities. Finally, carambola works as a powerful antioxidant. Enjoy this healthy combo in one cup!
