Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup of milk (or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (+ 1 TSP for the topping)
  • 2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Puffed Quinoa (for the topping)
  • Favorite fruits (for the topping: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana)

Directions

Creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet, this strawberry smoothie bowl blends frozen strawberries and banana into a smooth base. Rich in antioxidants and fiber from berries and chia seeds, it's topped with fruit and puffed quinoa for added texture and nutrients.

  1. Place the frozen banana, strawberries, milk, and chia seeds in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a splash of milk if the mixture seems too thick, and blend again until smooth.(4 minutes)
