  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of HerbaZest Acai Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 4 strawberries (sliced)
  • Favorite toppings (granola, toasted coconut flakes etc.)


This acai yogurt parfait is great if you are looking for a quick and flavorful breakfast on a weekday. Apart from nourishing your body with protein from Greek yogurt, it will fill you up with antioxidants from acai. It's not only quick and easy, but it can also be made ahead of time to speed up your morning routine.

  1. In a jar, mix together the Greek yogurt, acai powder, and maple syrup.(2 minutes)
  2. Place banana slices into the bottom of a jar. Top it with half of the yogurt, then sliced strawberries, and then the rest of the yogurt.(3 minutes)
  3. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
