Ingredients

  • 1 papaya (small, ripe)
  • 1/4 cup of HerbaZest Amaranth Pop
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt (or non-dairy)
  • Agave syrup (stevia, maple syrup etc. to taste)
  • Favorite toppings (fresh fruits, crushed nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, shredded coconut etc.)

Directions

To drive away boredom from your breakfast meals, try this papaya boat with yogurt and amaranth pop. It is not only easy and quick, but it also offers infinite topping options so that your breakfast contains all the key macronutrients.
