These delicately sweet and tangy overnight kaniwa flakes will brighten up your morning. Making them the night before will only take you a few minutes. But the nutrients you will be getting - like kaniwa's protein and Greek yogurt's probiotics - will keep you nourished and satisfied for hours.
- Mix all of the ingredients (except for graham crackers) in an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.(4 hours)
- Before serving, place some of the crumbled graham crackers at the bottom of two jars or glasses.(2 minutes)
- Give the overnight kaniwa flakes a mix and check for sweetness and consistency. Adjust according to your preference by adding a splash of milk to make it less thick or maple syrup to make it sweeter.(2 minutes)
