  • Lucuma Powder
    Lucuma Powder
  • Vanilla extract
    Vanilla extract
  • Maple Syrup
    Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of Lucuma Powder
  • 2 cups of Plain Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup (or to taste)

You can make a fresh batch in the morning and enjoy it for breakfast, knowing that you're in full control over the ingredients.   1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.(3 minutes)
  2. Transfer to two bowls. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!

Garnish your lucuma yogurt with any fruits you have on hand, such as strawberries and dragon fruit. For extra fiber and healthy fats, sprinkle some chia, sacha inchiflax, or nuts.
