  • 1/2 cup of oat
  • 1/2 cup of HerbaZest Kaniwa Flakes
  • 1/4 cup of carrot (grated)
  • 1/4 cup of mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of eggplant (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of bell pepper (red; chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 2 tablespoons of green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup of water (warm)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  1. Place the chia seeds in a small bowl and the oats in another one. Pour half of cup of warm water in each bowl, give it a mix, and let it rest for 10 minutes.(10 minutes)
