  • 1 1/2 cups of Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 3 Egg (lightly whisked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

These baked cauliflower Parmesan bites are a delicious and light side dish that can be on your table in less than half an hour. They're cheesy, crispy, and packed with flavor. On top of that, cauliflower is chock-full of nutrients and antioxidants, contributing to a healthy diet.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.(2 minutes)
  3. Dip each floret in egg, then roll it in the Parmesan panko mixture, and place it on the baking sheet.(5 minutes)
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy right away!

You can serve these cauliflower Parmesan bites on their own or with marinara sauce and fresh basil.
