  • 1/2 Avocado (sliced)
  • 4 ounces of Salmon (smoked, sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Bagels (preferably whole grain)

  1. Half the bagels. You may lightly toast them, if desired.(1 minute)
  2. Spread cream cheese on all sides.(1 minute)
  3. Place salmon slices on the bottom halves of the bagels. Then spread avocado slices on top.(2 minutes)
