  • 1/2 cup of Blueberry (frozen)
  • 1 cup of Strawberry (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Ice cubes
  • 1 cup of Water (or more)
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey (optional)

Directions

Frozen strawberries and blueberries give this smoothie a refreshing texture, delicious flavor, and lots of antioxidants. Lucuma shares its blood sugar-regulating compounds, while plain yogurt completes this wholesome smoothie with protein for a satisfying breakfast.

  1. Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more water for a thinner smoothie.(2 minutes)
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy cold!
