  • 4 tablespoons of HerbaZest Arracacha Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of pineapple (cubed)
  • 3 clove
  • 1 cinnamon (stick)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar (or other sweetener)
  • 3 cups of water
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)


This light and creamy arracacha flour pudding with pineapple is the perfect option for when you're craving something sweet, but still want to keep it nutritious and low in calories. Thanks to its natural thickening properties, arracacha gives this pudding its creamy consistency. Pineapple, cinnamon, and cloves, on the other hand, go perfectly together to create a dessert to remember.

  1. Add the water, arracacha flour, and sugar to a saucepan. Whisk it vigorously until everything is dissolved.(2 minutes)
  2. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and pineapple cubes and give it all a mix.(2 minutes)
  3. Put the heat on to low. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook it until it thickens.(15 minutes)
  4. Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
