Ingredients

  • 1 mango (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 melon (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 dragon fruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 cups of greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 1/2 cup of granola (or muesli)

One thing exotic fruits have in common is that they are loaded with powerful antioxidants. This delicious parfait offers mango's carotenoids, dragonfruit's manganese, melon's vitamin A and kiwi's vitamin C. Along with fiber-rich granola and protein-packed Greek yogurt, this tropical fruit parfait is a light yet nutritious way to start your day.

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt with chia seeds. Place it at the bottom of the cup.(2 minutes)
  2. Drop in some honey and add the granola.(1 minute)
  3. Top it with tropical fruits. Enjoy!(2 minutes)
