  • 2 teaspoons of red clover (dried flowers)

Directions

Red clover is a wonderful herb that can benefit women passing through periods of hormonal imbalance, such as menopause. This easy-to-make tea is packed with phytoestrogens, which help balance hormone levels and bring an end to unpleasant hot flashes, night sweats, and other menopausal discomforts.

  1. Place the herbs in a cup and pour hot water over them. Set aside to steep for 10 minutes.(10 minutes)
  2. Strain the herbs and enjoy the tea right away.

You may drink two to three cups of this red clove tea per day (or as needed) to prevent hot flashes.
