Turmeric and cayenne, two of Mother Nature's strongest anti-inflammatory herbs, are combined in this medicinal blend for pain relief. This powerful, natural decoction will help get rid of mild to moderate pain and reduce inflammation in a safe and effective way.
- Pour water into a saucepan and add the cayenne pod; boil for 5 minutes before removing the cayenne and discarding the water.(5 minutes)
- Place the boiled cayenne back in the saucepan; add the turmeric root and fill the pad with six cups of water. Cover the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.(20 minutes)
- Transfer the resultant mixture into a glass bottle. Drink as required.
