Ingredients

  • Vanilla extract
    Vanilla extract
  • Silken tofu
    Silken tofu
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Agave syrup
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of Carob Powder
  • 12 ounces of Silken tofu (soft; drained)

Directions

Combining silken tofu with carob results in this lovely treat with richness of flavor and just enough of sweetness. It is so creamy and soft that it is hard to believe it does not contain dairy. As an added bonus, this pudding offers fiber, potassium, protein, and other essential nutrients.

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or a food processor until smooth.(3 minutes)
  2. Transfer to individual cups or bowls and refrigerate for half an hour.(30 minutes)
  3. Garnish as desired and enjoy!

You may top this silken tofu carob pudding with whipped coconut cream, your favorite fruits, nuts, or chocolate shavings, among others!
