  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of banana (mashed; or applesauce)
  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

These dense peanut butter and chocolate baked oats are a delicious and healthy way to start your day. They have a soft and chewy texture and a delicious chocolate flavor that complements the peanut butter. They are also rich in nutrients from peanuts, oats, Greek yogurt, honey, and other ingredients, making them a worthy option for a healthy breakfast.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt.(2 minutes)
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, mashed banana, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.(5 minutes)
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Give it a mix. Stir in the chocolate chips.(2 minutes)
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips, and bake for about 35 minutes, or until set and golden brown.(35 minutes)
