Goldenberry Yogurt with Camu Camu

Making flavored yogurt at home could not be easier. It also gives you full control over the ingredients and offers endless pairing possibilities! This naturally probiotic-rich yogurt is enhanced with two varieties of berries: goldenberries, tropical fruits with exotic flavor and immune-boosting compounds, and camu camu, which is one of the richest sources of vitamin C.

  1. Place dried goldenberries in a blender or food processor. Add the camu camu powder, honey, and three tablespoons of yogurt and process until smooth. If you prefer, you can leave it slightly chunky.(1 minute)
  2. Add the mixture to the remaining yogurt and give it a mix.(1 minute)
  3. Transfer to jars and enjoy right away!

Feel free to sweeten this goldenberry camu camu yogurt with your preferred sweetener, like agave syrup, stevia, or coconut sugar.
