- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Then melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave until smooth and thick. If you'd like to sweeten your dark chocolate, you can do so at this step.(2 minutes)
- Add in the blueberries and mix to coat.(2 minutes)
- Place small dollops of the mixture on the parchment paper baking sheet. of coop out the mixture onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet to make clusters. Spoon a small dollop of chocolate on the parchment(5 minutes)
