Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate chips
    Dark chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
    Coconut oil
  • Maple Syrup
    Maple syrup
  • 1 cup of blueberries (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Maple syrup (or other sweetener to taste; optional)

Directions

These dark chocolate blueberry clusters could not be easier to make. With just three ingredients, you'll have a delicious and wholesome treat. On top of that, both blueberries and cacao are packed with antioxidants and other compounds that are beneficial for your brain and energy levels.

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Then melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave until smooth and thick. If you'd like to sweeten your dark chocolate, you can do so at this step.(2 minutes)
  2. Add in the blueberries and mix to coat.(2 minutes)
  3. Place small dollops of the mixture on the parchment paper baking sheet. of coop out the mixture onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet to make clusters. Spoon a small dollop of chocolate on the parchment(5 minutes)
  4. Freeze until set, about an hour. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!(1 hour)
