  • 3 1/2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Arracacha Flour
  • 4 cups of soymilk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons of HerbaZest Cacao Powder


With just the right amount of sweetness, this creamy and chocolaty pudding will delight your taste buds. The best thing about it, however, is that it is made with only five easy-to-find ingredients, including pure cacao, nutritious arracacha, and milk from soy beans. Served chilled, it will be your go-to recipe for sweet tooth cravings.

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a pot. Once everything is well combined, put the pot on medium heat and stir constantly.(2 minutes)
  2. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook it for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.(3 minutes)
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and pour the pudding into serving bowls. Set them aside to cool down a bit and then refrigerate the bowls for at least an hour before serving.(1 hour)
