  • Vanilla extract

  • Whole Milk
    Whole Milk
  • 1/3 cup of HerbaZest Carob Powder
  • 1 Avocado (1 large or 2 small ones)
  • 3 tablespoons of Maple Syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of Whole Milk (or non-dairy)


If you want a light, delicately sweet, and quick dessert, this carob avocado pudding might hit the spot for you. Avocado, serving as the base for this pudding, are one of the most nutritious fruits, sharing a good dose of healthy fats. Naturally sweet carob, on the other hand, is packed with complex carbs, including dietary fiber. 

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or consistency by adding a splash of milk.(5 minutes)
  2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for about two hours.(2 hours)
  3. Serve with fresh fruits and enjoy!
