  • 1/4 cup of Rice vinegar
  • 6 cups of Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of Valerian (leaves, chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Stevia
  • 1 cup of Onion (chopped)

Directions

This salad is a refreshing and fiber-rich addition to a wholesome meal. Its combination of zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and valerian's unique soothing effects turn it into an effective and low-calorie recipe to keep stress in check.

  1. Mix the cabbage, onion, carrots, sesame seeds, and valerian in a large bowl.(1 minute)
  2. To make the dressing, combine the rice vinegar and stevia. Pour over the salad and toss well. Add parsley to garnish.(4 minutes)

The salad may be served right away, at room temperature, or it can be chilled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
