Popsicles are a great treat all year round, not just in the summer. This recipe is a healthy alternative for adults and children alike. Strawberries and bananas are blended with yogurt and acai to create an antioxidant-packed dessert. You'll love how creamy, delicious, and refreshing are these homemade popsicles!

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.(2 minutes)
  2. Pour into molds, making sure to leave a little space at the top (they will expand as they freeze).(2 minutes)
  3. Insert sticks and place in the freezer for six hours or overnight. Enjoy!(6 hours)

To take the popsicles out of the mold, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up.
