  • 1/4 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon (+ 1/4 tsp for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Brown Sugar (or more for topping)

Directions

This might be the easiest recipe for sudden cravings. It requires a handful of ingredients, all of which are both healthy and delicious. Amaranth adds essential amino acids, while peanuts throw in some healthy fats. With a touch of maple syrup and cinnamon, this snickerdoodle mug cake will have you coming back for more.

  1. Place all of the ingredients (except for 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and brown sugar) in a mug and give them a mix.(2 minutes)
  2. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top and microwave on high for 1.5 minutes.(90 seconds)
  3. Take out of the microwave and enjoy!
