- In a small saucepan, melt together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil until well combined.(2 minutes)
- Fold in the granola and amaranth pop.(2 minutes)
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for half an hour.(30 minutes)
